As more and more travel restrictions come into place, you might worry how to solve urgent technical issues in your plant quickly. With our innovative visual support, we have the ability to offer alternative methods of support to help you in these challenging times. We have therefore decided to offer our innovative visual support for free for urgent technical issues from 23 March until 31 May 2020 or even longer if the current situation requires it.

Feel free to contact Endress+Hauser Service coordinator for already planned on-site service jobs for arranging remote visual support sessions via your mobile device. Where necessary, we will provide regular site visits, of course respecting all health precautions
