Return process
Step 1: Request a product return by calling +65 67685756 or email to xy-ro.ramos@endress.com
Step 2: Complete the “Declaration of Hazardous Material and Decontamination" form and place it on the outside of the packaging with any other documents (if any)
Step 3: An investigation report will be prepared with a quote to advise you whether the device should be fixed or replaced if it is deemed beyond economic repair
